Ray Hernandez is an experienced professional and seasoned research analyst with over a half decade of experience conducting equity sales and building leadership teams. The foundation of his ability to recognize and develop leaders was set during his time in the Marine Corps. Upon honorably completing his military service, including 1 year overseas, he earned a degree in Business Management from Pace University in downtown Manhattan. After spending his entire career conducting pharmaceutical and biotech sales at the Enterprise & Private Equity level, he began a career in recruiting and building leadership teams.
